To those who are testing this week & those who are getting close to being ready: keep up the hard work! Belt rank promotions are highly individualized–no two people get to black belt the same way. Your instructors want you to maximize your gains before moving up to the next level. The best path to improvement is consistent attendance and effort.

Rule Reminder: Bring a water bottle or plastic/reusable cup to class! We have been going through too many paper cups lately.
Weekly Challenge: Do your chores before your parents tell you to. You should do this anyway, but if you don’t, now is the time to develop the habit.
Now that the weather is nice, please have your student wear or bring shoes they can run in, as we sometimes go outside for a jog or warm-up games.
